At Perfume Recreation, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your perfume purchase, we offer the following refund and return options:
Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used perfumes.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details.
Non-Refundable Items:
Gift cards and customized or personalized perfumes are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
